Buyers Checklist

  1. Booking deposit of €5,000 made payable to Murphy Mullan New Homes on agreeing sale
  2. Furnish Murphy Mullan New homes with details of solicitor and lending institution (if applicable) . At this stage purchasers are advised to inform the above of their intended purchase so lending institution can instruct valuer and solicitor can expect contracts.
  3. Contracts for the purchase of the property will be expected to be signed and returned within 28 days of being received into your solicitors office.
  4. When property is completed purchasers will instruct surveyor to conduct the snag list.
  5. When snags (if any) are rectified the surveyor will re-inspect the property and sign off on snag list.
  6. Completion of purchase will occur when all funds are transferred.
